is a surprisingly robust and simple program to
use. Even so, there are times when you want to be
able to pick up the telephone and find out how to get
the results you need. Our
telephone support is free, and you will always be
talking to the original system programmers. They
are the best people to let you know how to achieve you
goal, or to discuss possible alterations or enhancements
to the software. Software
enhancements are made every so often. Usually once or
twice per year. These alterations are necessary to
account for changing legislation and also to incorporate
ideas that have been proposed by our clients. On
some occasions it is just not possible to diagnose a
problem without seeing the computer desktop. We
use remote control software to further enhance our
support capabilities, allowing for rapid resolutions to
every problem every time. |
